“鑫源”牌全自動(dòng)鐵粉壓塊機(jī)壓制后的鐵粉直接裝罐，燒制成海綿鐵，與傳統(tǒng)手工裝罐相比具有產(chǎn)量高，還原速度快，節(jié)約能源，延長耐火罐的使用壽命等特點(diǎn)。
鐵粉壓塊機(jī)本機(jī)采用進(jìn)口PLC全自動(dòng)控制，科技含量高，大大降低了工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，從而提高了產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量。
鐵粉壓塊機(jī)本機(jī)為四柱式壓力機(jī)，采用優(yōu)化的液壓傳動(dòng)方案，具有強(qiáng)大的動(dòng)力，準(zhǔn)確的定位和完善的動(dòng)作組合。本機(jī)故障率低，發(fā)熱量小，生產(chǎn)率高，節(jié)電耐用。
